For me I try to build him tanky as possible by put damage protection CE like "Threefold Barrier" .
The other method is put Mashu or Weaver into team to give Df buff to Enkidu  that may help Enkidu  tanky a little bit
and yeah with 10 turn healing skill cooldown  I feel like using his healing skill must using wisely or else we will  waste it and must wait for  10 turn for using again..

yeah honestly there is also the fact that i'd prefer to be full constantly on hp than full whenever i wish too

smaller heals are situationally better because at full hp, a lot of things still won't kill you.

i mean if we are talking about archuria. she has pretty serviceable np gain anyway.

i have used enkidu support a fair bit now and I can see his applications. The only good thing about his Quicks is that they have surprisingly non-trivial star gen, other than that his card layout really hurts him. And I once had a scenario where literally none of Enkidu's Quicks came up and then I used his Buster UP to prop with his NP, and he also had his ONLY ARTS CARD, then he goes ahead and boosts his fucking Quick.
