From my limited Japanese understanding, it's a contest where in several "battles", teams representing certains Touhou characters "fights".
Basically, a team gains points by having many pictures of their characters with the tag of this contest attached to it.
The team who then gain the most points wins.

Anyway, I found this comic and thought it was funny.
I'll put the nsfw tag just to stay on the safe side. ^^;

In case you don't know, Ao Oni is a Japanese survival horror freeware game.
Well, horror, ... It's scary to play it but it's sure is funny watching it. X D
