I'd been pretty involved with Mafia before the upgrade to the current forums. When we started anew, Kilga gave me and bofh Godmother. I took care of most of the going ons in UGW (as it was still called back then) and asked to take up a more responsible role in its management.

Best: I think (9) Squad Mafia in terms of personal performance. IIRC it was a clean game and I didn't do anything too silly.

Manage the Mafia queue, participate in as much of the games in RPG and GBA as I can handle, keep the games archive up to date, investigate and handle any disputes or concerns sent my way, think of stuff to build the community with, bash heads on occaision.

What was the worst moment in its history that you remembered being a part off?

Something that I was part of would probably be when I was invited to move #touhou-meido to ppirc. Pressure from the community wanted it to stay where it was. I felt the move could only be advantageous because of the infrastructure available.

Has this place improved since then?

It's improved in that we're all more experienced in running the place. It's more newbie friendly than how I first thought it was in 2006. But  the increase in letting emotions get in the way of doing what you do at the forums (as a staffer or a member) counts as what hasn't improved for me.

Can stuff still be improved?

Living in South Africa has made demanding good service delivery part of the way of life. My awareness to it puts that as the main thing I want improved. Refer back to my answer for my goals, I want to keep the promises I make to people. If I make a post saying I'll upload a fixed cheat table, I'll make a bigger post in the game in x hours, a new rule is being enforced...these are all little promises I've made and I try to keep them. If I can do it, so can everyone else. If you can't deliver, don't say something that will be taken as a promise.
