Pokemon Ranger: Tracks of Light, the third one in the series. And yes, it's the tower Ho-Oh is on. I'm not really sure how they decided that those wings can represent Ho-Oh (minus the obvious rainbow part, but still), myself. Here is a zoomed-in view.

Very nice catch. Your argument isn't perfect, however. Ho-Oh's original Japanese name is ホウオウ (Houou). Now, incorporating that into the same set-up, we'll get:

At the mall on Sunday, I bought a hoodie with a tiger on the front of it because it's comfortable because it reminds me of Shou. Also, roaming through the birthday card section at the dollar store, one o' them caught my eye. Well, the actual reason for it was because Lugia and Sakuya both are silver :V Lugia is the Silver Bird, and Sakuya has silver colored hair and silver knives.

Also, remember that girl in my class named Marissa (with two s's, yes), and how I constantly think of out favorite witch whenever I talk to her? well today, she talked to me about how she's going out tonight with her girlfriend.
