Keine lifts her head up enough to glance at you. "Oh. Hello Chen."

[Kasu]

Keine pulls her head up in full, sighing and motioning to the adjacent seat to hers.

Keine sighs. "I met with the council concerning the prospect. Eventually after a long agonizing period they were fine with the prospect of the barrier coming down. That went easily enough.

They approached the idea of a girl becoming the new Shrine Maiden like a god damned concession. They thought it was just going to be some poor girl we threw to the youkai so they'd leave us alone! So what do they do? They choose the girl they think no one'll care about. They probably wouldn't even care if she does die. They probably expect she WILL!"

Keine headbutts her desk again. You can only assume its a student of hers.

"I...well. Shes an orphan, not at all popular with the other kids, forced to live with a near relative who hates the extra mouth to feed, and generally not outstanding in any particular area. Shes shown some signs of magical capibility, but shes really too young to have developed anything."

Keine laughs. "The wealthy, the supposedly smart, the old farts."

"I...lord, I don't know. I certainly hope so."

"I'm not sure if she has talent for being a maiden, but... I'm fairly sure they haven't even told her, so I don't know."

Keine just nods weakly. "I would damn well hope you'll help her..."

Keine shakes her head. "Besides being immortal, I've not heard of anyone defying death."

Keine blinks, examining the soul. "I... How... How is it even possible for your soul to get seperated from your body by being LOST?" Keine rubs her forehead. "I apologize, whoever this is seems to be... Abnormal, I can't understand what my power is telling me."

If my idea works, this would make it plausable for Yuyuko and Yukari to bring the dead back to life. Crazy? Damn right it is. Plausable? Who knows. Worth trying? Definately.

Keine gives you directions. "I imagine her uncle will probably answer the door, or the council may have already sent a representitive."
