You're pretty good, but you might want to brush up on your anatomy a little.
The shoulders and torso/waist of some look a little too wide.

i finally found a way to mass produce shadows when drawing with vectors in Fireworks
(would've been loads easier in flash like i saw in this vid)

A few hours later, I notice the left upper and forearm aren't right.
The left hand is meh too but I didn't care much in the first place.
