>examine any obviously opened cabinets/stoves/whatever nearby

>You greet the cats. They don't reply. They don't seem to be particularly impressed or bothered with you, really.
>They are both full 96/96.
>The bowls seem to have been places for feeding animals.
>There's a cabinet hanging open a little; a glance inside reveals some cast iron pots and pans.

> Stop examining other people's kitchens. It's weird.
> Go back into main hall and shout, "is anyone in?" carefully, so as not to provoke an asthma attack.

>Yeah really.
>You go back to the main hall and call out. There is no reply.

>Before leaving the kitchen, search for hot sauce. You can never have too much hot sauce.

>You do not see any readily available.

> Fine, search for hot sauce, but only note where it is so that it can be asked for later. We can't be stealing, yo. That's what Marisa does.

>And you really just don't have the abs to get away with it like she does.

>and oh, how sexy Marisa is!

>How embarrassing...
>You go east.
>To the east, you find what appear to be a barracks-style room that probably once served as servants' quarters. There are many old beds here, and a fair amount of dust. There are several cats curled up on the beds, while a robin is presently perched on one of the headboards. Obvious exits are west.

>Practice singing Banson's Aria along the way.

>"It's alright," says Satori, setting the ferret down and letting it scamper away. "I don't mind uninvited guests from time to time. And you are looking for shadow light? Well, finding it is easy enough. Any place that is completely dark or completely lit should have it. How do you intend to transport it, though?"

>You could probably put one together with a little time, and something to contain it in. Things like crystals, bottles, gems, prisms, and so on are usually best. You would want it to be clear, though.

>Satori considers your component list. "Hmm. I suspect Okuu will have to tell you about the shard. All the rest, I think you know enough about."
>"Oh. I do have a Secret Glass here."
>You ask about Jeff K Anon, then explain the situation when she shakes her head. "That's very strange. I don't think there is any kind of mentalism that would affect so everyone's memories like that at once. They would have to do it person by person, which is tricky, to say the least."
