Well, it's difficult to explain it without some backstory, but basically that scene involves Touma getting angry at Mikoto for stopping him while he was in a hurry. It flashbacks to season 1 where Touma said something which we don't hear but Mikoto overhears and causes her to be this way (red face). I guess the popularity comes from the fact people find Mikoto cute during this scene?

Also new Nico version yay! Hitler seems angry about it though.

El Shaddai Trailer reaches 3 million views. Every night between 18:00 to 23:00, El Shaddai videos are tagged with Night Shaddai. How neat! Same for morning Shaddai and whatever other time of the day.

One of the more recently released MADs has also skyrocketed to a million views.
