I was playing an underground map in Unreal Tournament, died from an aneurysm and suddenly thought, "Subterranean Aneurysm". (That should be the name of the game since its what like I feel I'm suffering whenever I fight Yuugi.)

On a related note, a friend of mine decided to decal his fighting stick and pulled out a bunch of pictures he was thinking of using after surfing the net randomly.

One of which was Utsuho.

I was disappointed when he didn't follow through with it and went for generic bewbies. (But at least he didn't go for the genderswapped Bang...)

This is more of a reverse case though. I didn't know of Touhou yet when I went there. Once I got into Touhou, and learned of the character Maribel, I immediatly thought back about that village.
