>Now we can continue~
> You adjust the necklace a bit more. Not too large and neither too short. Perfect.
> Resuming your way to the bar of the 69th floor, not before taking you black bag, you walk through the corridors of the skyscraper, searching for the elevator.
Twilight Bar Room is certainly not the average kind of skyscraper. The place looks expensive and really good. No wonder that people fear to rent rooms in this world in a buiding by first impressions. It gives you the feeling that it would be the favorite reunion place of the world powers, most important persons in the world and so on and so forth.
You don't really know if it was planned, but you own, by far, the best room of the whole skyscraper.
People say it was because you are the owner's daughter, but that's nonsense.
If they just knew that you had to pay the rentals too...
That's right. Every month of the existing twelve that there are every year you are like everyone here. Pay to live here.
Room rentals in Twilight Bar Room are 50,000? per month. Your room is 60,000?, and that's only because Arie made you pay a lower price. This room you own is easily that of 100,000? or more per a month, so...
You can earn this amount by working in different jobs that need you to do something that it's really difficult generally, but the pay is really high. You don't really have a preference on what work you will choose, but everything is legal. In fact, you re-visit some of them easily to also meet familiar faces.
You currently have 300,000? in your bank account. Enough for Arie stop annoying you to pay the rent and for any whim you might have.
You could say that you are emancipated, but not quite it. You have learned to live on your own. You just like to live here. You wonder if you plan to change that someday...
> ... Both you and Arie get out of the elevator, leading directly to the bar.
> You are welcome by this familiar and yet comfy place.
> A fairly large and dim-litted place, not in the bad sense of the word, that is the place of several drunkards at night and day too! But, surprisingly enough, all the tables are clean and the place in general is too. It seems like a lie that there was a party hard yesterday night. Some of the people that live here at the skyscraper are at some tables, talking and having already some snacks and whatnot.
> There's a soft and really low music that reaches your ears. Yes, the usual... So calm.
> Far away from the elevator doors, there's the familiar figure of a bluehead in the same kind of uniform that you have, only that she has white thigh-highs, sitting at one of the tables. A robotic and small figure is besides her. The bluehead seems to be talking to Torii.
> "There." Arie points out.
