A shrine maiden would be your best source for the information you seek. Gensokyo has two, if I recall, one of which would be Reimu. And while I, myself, do have knowledge of seals, I would not advise getting me involved in whatever you're planning unless its absolutely necessary, especially since you should have the capacity to do some of the things I can already do with them at your current power level, and you should be able to figure those out without my assistance.

As for Rumia, yes, I know of her... Is there anything in particular you wish to know?
