>Danmaku can harm and drain them over time. A bird usually only takes a shot or two, a boar might take several volleys. However, the trick is to not get attacked in the meantime.

How are you going to regain balance? And how are you sure that taking the time to do so won't give the creature ample time to fire its other fist off at you? Purvis battles are not won by being generic and light on details.
