>Quick ! Use the warp point we established !

Once the cooldown drops, we can activate a spellcard or keep using normal fire, ideas ?
> You warp a good way behind Marisa for safety as her spellcard starts. The danmaku you fired past Marisa will reach you soon, and some are already around and past you.
> "Master Spark-like Flashlight." Marisa finishes, firing a tiny beam of light before it expands greatly into a large beam. She starts to rotate in order to turn around.

> Now that the parser is (hopefully) home, what are our non-Cirno non-Dai spell card options?
> Indeed I am  :)
> Your five spellcards are...:
Freeze Sign "Perfect Freeze": Cirno's spellcard could be used defensively or offensively. For defense, you'll freeze every freezable shot in the area, then shatter them, dealing high damage. Offensively, you fire off a large amount of bullets in no particular pattern, before freezing them all. This does not freeze enemy bullets. After the freeze, you fire off a couple of straight lines of danmaku spread out at once. After this, you make the frozen bullets move in random directions, before repeating a few times.

Warped Perception "Deceptive Nature": Daiyousei's spellcard that sends familiars forwards, making them shoot a certain way along their path. She then warps the familiars to spots they haven't been before, right before they explode into flower-like patterns. During this, Daiyousei will fire one-time homing danmaku that delays for a second before going to where the enemy just was.

Light Sign "Yellow Deflection": Sunny Milk's spellcard where she shoots walls of light danmaku that span across the entire area, moving towards the enemy. The walls get less dense as they travel, making it easier to dodge further away.

Shooting Star "Comet Stream": Star Sapphire's spellcard where she constantly scatters fireballs forwards, then to the sides and behind her around the arena before doing it in reverse. The fireballs turn into groups of stars that come back slowly inwards when they hit the arena's borders. Star will also shoot a dense ring of stars outwards occasionally.

Moon Sign "Lunatic Rain": Luna Child's spellcard where she spawns a large amount of small bullets around the enemy, allowing a clear area in the middle of it where the enemy is, before sending the bullets forwards. She will then fire off a dense ring of stars outwards before repeating a couple of seconds later.

Save Dai's for last; it's the one Marisa is least familiar with, and that could give us an edge in crunch time.

I'm not convinced we need to use one at all right now, but if we do use one, I'd suggest one of the Light Fairy cards, since I think Marisa expects Cirno's card to lead.

> Marisa isn't shooting danmaku. She's just firing the beam, so you start going around Marisa from your same distance, keeping ahead of the beam.
> Due to your distance away from her however, you're not fast enough to continue outrunning the beam and it's catching up. Not only that, but it seems Marisa is starting to rotate slightly faster.
> Marisa starts to shoot quick bursts of stars outwards, along with slower ones in between.

> Marisa's beam is very large, but a bit below average for a master spark. Flying above or below it is possible with effort, but Marisa could easily move the beam the respective direction as you attempt such a thing.
> You get only a little closer before the stars start to become troublesome. The beam still seems like it'll reach you very soon.
> You start to fire ice shards at Marisa while moving, and she just takes the hits without flinching much.
> You are grazing the beam now and Marisa is still continuing to rotate slightly faster as time goes on. It'll hit in a moment if you do not dodge.

So, it seems we either need to go over it, warp around it, or close in on Marisa so that we aren't too close to the fast end and can outrun it. Thoughts?

Warping seems like a bad idea, until we can locate some safe spots. Going over it seems like it would just invite Marisa to move it upward. It seems like getting closer the winner?

All right, we've gotta try to put on as much speed as we can... but we also can't tire ourselves out...

This is hard.

Yeah, I'm thinking forward (toward Marisa) and right (away from the beam) is the way to go, since the beam's rotational speed is smaller the closer we are to the center (Marisa). I'm willing to take chances with the smattering of stars in that direction.

I'm in doubt, the forward-right movement is a valid option, i was also thinking about going below Marisa, but i'm afraid of her sudden pulling the beam down.

Another advantage that forward-right provides is affording us the time to check out what's going on on the other side of the beam. We could find an open spot on the other side to warp to. Marisa may be able to tilt the beam up or down pretty quickly, but not reverse its direction.

Oh wait, I'm an idiot, there are no outstanding commands.

Since several people have given various levels of support for it, no one has objected to it, and there logically don't seem to be any other options that aren't RNG Luck at best..

> Fly forward, toward Marisa, and to the right, away from the beam, to try to get to s point along the beam where it's rotational speed is slower than where we are now. Don't worry about shooting anything in response; we need to focus on speed.
