It would most likely involve one of the five (Homura) trying to kill Reimu in anger, but she dodges the bullets expertly, and uses a non-lethal spellcard to knock her out. Madoka would be horribly confused, and most likely get in a danmaku battle against someone (Marisa) with her firing arrows and them using spellcards. It would go through thousands of complex plot twists, and eventually end with Madoka and Reimu having an epic battle against eachother with a mix of Mystic Oriental Love Consultation and Sis Puella Magica! playing in the background.

It would play a lot like normal Mario Party, except the main characters would be Touhou characters. Stars become "Precious Things", and Items are replaced by spell cards, which can either have positive or negative effects depending on which one it is. Bowser Spaces are replaced with Flandre Spaces, and if you lose, flan destroys everything you have (Currency, Spell Cards, and Precious Things.). DK spaces are replaced with Suika spaces and retain their beneficial effects. There will be seven boards, each representing one stage, with the 7th and most difficult becoming available after completion of the first 6.
Minigames have different gameplay modes depending on the game, but there will be at least one bullet hell minigame and at least spellcard duel minigame. The movement system remains the same.

What if Youmu, Reimu, Sakuya, Marisa, and Sanae ended up on EDN III Somehow? (and inevitably ended up encountering the Akrid Hordes as well.)

They'd become the main characters of the game. Reimu would find the instigator of their warping to said planet and beat them up. It was most likely Yukari.

What if the Hakurei Shrine was attacked while Reimu is out solving an incident?

Reimu would have to fix what she broke and resolve it herself. Otherwise, lots of people would be ticked off at Reimu, leading to the next spinoff game where everyone beats up on Reimu for causing an incident.
