> Help Alice open that door. Her and her noodly arms...
> Ambuscade the nearest fairy and get her to fetch some tea.
> You push the door the rest of the way open, since noodle girl Alice can't do it on her own.
> The library never fails to amaze you. A huge, domed room crammed with tall bookshelves. Staircases hug the walls, leading to alcoves with even more bookshelves and lounges to read in. The light sources in here are much more consistent: there are lanterns placed meticulously on each bookshelf. To your left is a fireplace, which burns in spite of the face that it's summer. You feel a chilly draft, though, so maybe the fireplace isn't so misguided after all. In front of it is a desk stacked with books and papers, both on and around it. Non-book items include some empty teacups and a strange, funneled device. On a tall-backed armchair, a young girl with long purple hair and lavender pajamas is curled up in the cushions with her face buried in a book. She shudders with a small cough every now and then, and appears too absorbed in her book to notice you and Alice.
> To the right, you see two doors. One has a glass window, but past that, it's dark. The other is just a plain door.
> You look around for faeries and see one on the far right, absentmindedly sweeping the floor. You call out for her to get some tea and she hesitates, looking at the girl. She makes a face and flutters to the door with the window on it. She descends two or three steps into the dark before a lantern lights itself, and a modest, clean kitchen is revealed.
