Proper Naming of Touhou Games?

I help maintain some games over at Evolve, and made support for some of the more recent Touhou games, but I'm curious as to what the best naming scheme should be?

The current naming scheme is just Touhou ##: English-Name (so TH13 is Touhou 13: Ten Desires). Was reading a Wiki page for TH13, and noticed it's named Touhou Shinreibyou ~ Ten Desires.

The original Japanese title is 東方神霊廟　～ Ten Desires. There is no number in the name, and Touhou Shinreibyou ~ Ten Desires is a direct romanization of the title, so that's probably the way I'd go.
