Bastard games are those that have gameplay elements considered to be bastardly in them.
It's a bit subjective but things like the mod playing a slot, alignment changing, and all that jazz are generally thought to be pretty bastardly.

To add to that list, generally a moderator lying to players is also considered bastard. In any case, you can generally accept a game as "bastard" if you can't trust your role PM. Things like being Cop-proof when there's no Cop in the game, for example.

Being a Miller in a game with no Cop is slightly bastardly, but people don't tend to get mad if it happens.
Being a Cop who sees everyone as Innocent or everyone as Guilty, ie the Shadoweh or Bardiche cop versions, would be bastardly and that player would hate you.
Being a tracker who actually kills anyone they track would be bastardly and frankly pretty hilarious!

But Shadoweh, everyone IS scum. I've actually played in a game where a Cop saw everyone as Scum.
And they know.
They still claimed their target was Scum and cited their night action result.

Well, the bastardly part would be if you didn't know your results were screwy. I have also played in a game with a Paranoid Daycop! I'm glad their targetting me was just paranoia since I was scum <.<

I didn't figure out I vigged my targets until like, the last day. ;_; I jsut thought the vigilante was obvTown because he took out the scummiest targets...

confirming that I'll host unless Zakeri or some other crossed-line game wants to go first for whatever reason

Signups will be up tomorrow night or thursday at the latest (since I have work tomorrow, but I can't see why I wouldn't get it done after work)

It's Anonymafia so don't go around /inning premptively, selection will be from a list of avatars which is why I have to actually delay a little bit, etc

details will be later, but HW said the setup is great and everyone should definitely /in, expect Role Madness without a huge amount of actual powerful roles (A lot less power then my last setup had for sure) and some silly stuff but nothing bastardly. 13 players.

I've tried pretty hard to make the game -not- be role-gameable. By this I mean stuff kind of like what people were trying to do in the last day of the game that just ended, "Well if X was roleblocked then Y must be a roleblocker except if that's true then there must be 2 scum" and so on and so on.
