Actually, Yugian, I think you could have won if you had paradropped the mech below the AA instead of beside and if the rain had not stopped. Then you could have used the Super CO thing and captured my HQ.

But yeah, good game. The rain was really sad, but you should have consolidated around your HQ more towards the end.

As for Stuffman, I think I'll concede here. D= Opening my artillery and AA gun to attack for no reason at all was pretty terrible, and the only thing I had going for me was that b-copter. It also seemed pretty scary how you could suddenly wall your forces around your HQ, but GG.

I think you pretty much just pick one side of the map, pick a color, and then hit Team A or Team B.
I'm on Team B, east side of the map.

Well, I took "Brown Desert," though it never asked me to choose a team. I'm not sure it's supposed to be divided east/west; according to the map comments it seems more like a lower right vs. upper left thing.

I think I have to question playing FOW on this map, considering how dense the forests are in some places. Making progress through that kind of thing would be really slow. Then there are some places with lots of mountains and no forests at all, so you'd end up seeing everything anyway, despite the fog.

I'm more concerned about the fact that the top half of the map has exactly one tile that you can get across to get into your opponent's base. This will be an endless stalemate.

Also, I'm pretty sure we don't actually have eight players.

Look at the list in the OP, shows otherwise.
And I chose FoW because of a few reasons.
#1: It makes sense to play it with FoW because that's how it was in the series.
#2: I wanted to give FoW a whack.
#3: It beats playing with a banlist.

EDIT: Plus, if you'll look at the Map Analysis, you'll find that it's not usually a stalemate. It's a long-runner of a game yeah, but look at Diplomacy. Similar approach in a way.

@Stuffman: I think that since Orange and Brown are on the same team there won't be a stalemate at the bridge, and if Brown is overrun it would probably be clearly enough which team would eventually win anyway. Assuming you, Affinity, and Mr. Bob play, we'll have exactly 8 people.

Easy. If you're looking to join up, then follow the instructions below!

Click here.
Then, click Join on the game that says "MoTK 4v4".
Then, when prompted to input the password, type in 041094.
Once that's done, choose the country(there's only one left), and a CO to play as.

It's just like a 4v4 on the DS Advance Wars games, so no worries!

I think for strategy purposes, you can't see other players' COs, but you can change your own.
Is there such a thing as team chat on AWBW? Or if we were to co-ordinate, would PMs have to suffice?

The "Press" option under the game header on the left is used to send messages. You choose everyone you want to receive the message, or you can use "Broadcast" to make messages viewable to everyone.
