Heel as in the command for your dog to stand down and as the term for the "bad" guy in wrestling. It seemed fitting because the wind-swepted hair kappa is very antagonistic this arc. Although if want to get technical Marisa would be the big-bad of the arc, you know being the actual kidnapper. But you know she's not actually evil or anything, she's just Marisa.

Also Reimu and Co. join up with the main plot.
