Fullscreen or Windowed?

I often play in full-screen om my 19" 4:3 monitor which are the right proportions for the Touhou games.
But sometimes (god forbid) i play full-screen on my 22" 16:10 monitor.
If I play window mode on my 22" 16:10 monitor i get distracted by my desktop picture :p

Still rocking 17" monitors, definitely full screen. On the newer games though I'll do 1280x960 windowed and position it so it's essentially full screen.

I  play Fullscreen (640x400)
because my PC is a laptop screen is very small
windowed is hard to play the game gets SLOW and Quality gets TOO LOW

Same here brother, still love that perfect square shape, would be cool to plug my pc in my 50" tv just to play touhou would be so awesome.

Fullscreen, always.  Though technically I also play UFO windowed.  Since I noticed some spells (eg. brofist) only lag in fullscreen for me, I change my desktop res to 800x600 and set vsync to load in 800x600 and remove the title bar.  All the laglessness of window mode with the look and feel of fullscreen .

You can press Alt+F11 to go full screen in the PC-98 games, you know.

Hmm, this thread makes me wonder if the reason I fail at Touhou is because I play windowed. (I've never played on full screen before)
I'm going to play in full screen and see if my skills improve...

Fullscreen. My first Windowed experience got me needing a continue from stage 2 of PCB

Granted, I did little better at fullscreen, but still.

Fullscreen, I've tried windowed mode, and...yeah, no.

Wouldn't mind trying that ThPivot thing if there were a way to have it that orientation on a not-rotated screen, so it played like a horizontal shmup instead.  Could be fun, I think.

I usually play windowed, but maybe I should try fullscreen sometime.  I did when I started playing Imperishable Night (as I didn't realize I could go to windowed) but for some reason made the switch.
