I don't get that, how so ? Some new mechanic from later games ?>Great Fairy Wars: Cirno's specialty is freezing bullets. She has to charge it a bit before she can freeze the small area around her. Nearby bullets will freeze (if they're not lasers or fire bullets or some specific others) and chain freeze other bullets quickly, getting back to it's shooter and doing damage when it shatters. Some charge is restored based on how much was frozen.
