Title: PCB lost spell card

i know that this is old, and there is a thread for this.

where do i find the early version of PCB (v0.01 I think?) that have a spell card Freeze Sign "Freeze Actress  , Puppeteer Sign "Marionette Pareil"

i find the others in youtube,

is there a link to the game or a video showing those spellcards?
