I wanted to check out the reactor's tunnel on the surface, to see if we could block it, then drain it out below for Utsuho.
I'm also thinking, at some point we should try to hit up the crack itself, if it's not above our flight window.

Also also maybe peek at SDM if it's on the way somewhere. If they have a high ground, they might have a good place for folks to refuge at. ...As good as a vampire mansion can be.

> Unfortunately, you don't know where the reactor's emergency exit is on the surface.  If you remember correctly, all of the water flooding the reactor itself was coming from there.
