Did I really send more messages in one season than England did the entire game?

I'm going to be using season by season logs. Will update this post as I finish.

Alright, entire correspondence from me to other people has been pastebin'd. I'm assuming PMs to me will be posted later by others.

Alright, so my basic strat this game was to buddy up to obvtown Germany, set up a DMZ with Italy, and play Russia and Turkey off of each other until I found someone that I could trust. Turkey insisted on Greece on the very first turn, so I backstabbed him (sorry!). After that I pretty much had to court Russia's support in invading Turkey, so I leaked Norway and Germany's invasion plans to Russia to give me townie points. That alone wouldn't do me any good, so I fed Germany a few lines about a joint Russia-Norway invasion (which Schezo had hinted at earlier). Germany was a better long-term ally though, so I didn't keep that up for long. Anyway, this bought me enough time for Russia to help me cut Turkey down to size, and in the end when Germany wanted to finish off Russia I wanted to let Russia keep a few territories a little longer, at the very least out of gratitude.  :3 Then all we had to do was attack Italy (with a fleet I had said was heading towards Turkey or Spain) and then...the game ended and I didn't actually get to carry out my plans of conquest. But it was fun and Germany was a good ally.  :)

Hey Doll, how much do you want Sevastopol? I know you don't trust me, but I have a plan that depends entirely on your actions, so you don't have to worry about me messing it up. Suffice to say that I have evidence that Russia is planning on backstabbing you in the near future, and by doing this, you snipe his actions in the bud before they can do any damage. (Russia is also about to be attacked from two other fronts, so you might want to grab territory before Norway and Germany do). As a bonus, this will strengthen your position against mine - I don't gain anything from this personally.

So here is the important part. Your fleet in the Black Sea should move into Sevestopol. Now you may ask, how will you be sure Sevestopol will be empty for your fleet to move into? Well, your army in Bulgaria will support Russia's Sevestopol fleet into Rumania. Bulgaria itself will be supported by Constantinople.

Mind, I'm still going to be attacking you afterwards :P (not this turn, I have to take care of some border trouble first) but this is a little something that will help with the extra variables.

In any case, I just sent a sort of gambit to Turkey. It should help us take him down in the fall if he goes for it (unlikely, given our history).
Good luck with your Northern brothers. :P

Too good!

Too bad he never responded to me. :(
And then he forwarded that message to Germany, Norway, and Russia.  :colonveeplusalpha:

I didn't trust that message at all and I really couldn't think up a response to it. Also, whenever I pick someone for a permanent alliance, I stick with them.
