>You make your way toward the building, passing over the abandoned area, a thin section of city, this one choked with a number of lights; as if danmaku were vomited upon the cityscape, and then another abandoned area, this one lit up with a great deal of actual danmaku. A fairly heavy fight must be going on down there. But after some minutes, you reach the building in question and peer through one of the windows. Inside you see a large but minimally decorated room, dominated by an immense western style bed wider than it is long. The room is lit by lighting that seems at home in Apex; conical things hanging from rails on the ceiling. A couple of heavy-looking tables hold objects of various sizes you don't recognize; a big black box with a glass front catches your eye in particular; you think you've seen something like that in Apex, too. It doesn't seem anyone is in there.

It seems the entire top of this building is taken up by a spacious and well appointed(?) dwelling! In one room, close to what you've determined is an entry chamber, you can see a dark-haired youkai sprawling across a couch, half asleep and looking at a glowing box.

>You make your way to the ground level. A strange revolving door allows for access to the building. Carved into the concrete over the door is the name "Pandamonium Northwest Central" The entirely front of the building is glass plating, allowing you to see a brightly lit lobby inside, inhabited by some rather rowdy-looking youkai and heavily vandalized. While you cannot really judge for sure, it seems like a fair amount of things that you can see in there are broken.

>Dropping down, you see much the same; in fact it seems like the second floor is a fairly wide mezzanine to this one. Here you can see what looks like a ballroom dance floor of sorts, but not quite. There appears to be a chamber orchestra playing off to the side, and some dancers. There are more tables as well; the place is quite crowded. There are a couple makai residents that could potentially be Koakuma, but no one seems to especially resemble Patchouli, though you could imagine one or two might be if she completely changed her sense of fashion and perhaps became a little more physically active. It feels unlikely, though.

The building facade is made mostly of glass, you can see a brightly lit lobby inside, dominated by a large fountain, this one actually working, Youkai come and go through a set of glass doors that revolve around a central post.

>Inside, the sound of water from dozens of fountain jets fills the age, mingling with the babble of voices, and some oddly melancholic music woodwind coming from...somewhere. A number of stores line the walls, creating a kind of indoor bazaar, selling clothing, jewelry, and other things. You think you spot a couple restaurants as well. Of particular interest are little rooms in glass tubes that you watch move up and down between floors; two of them are open mezzanines in here, at three of the four cardinal directions; the last one being taken by the doors. Huge chandeliers hang from the ceiling, bearing dozens of smokeless lights. Everyone here is dressed sumptuously in obviously expensive but gaudy clothing. You are certain you're the only human, and you are definitely drawing some looks.

>Stepping inside, you find the little room a tad claustrophobic. There is a panel full of buttons marked with numbers 1-109 and few with letters or numbers. One of the two youkai hits number 3, while they talk quietly between themselves. You think they are saying nasty things about you.
