IaMP palettes

So I'm looking for character palettes for IaMP. Particularly a Flandre Palette for Remilia.

I tried making one myself, but the end result was this:





needless to say, it isn't very good.
The wings look retarded (albeit, it was intentionally made crazy rainbow colors, though it probably could've been done somewhat better)
The outlines and shading could've been done better
The color scheme is off from Flandre's color scheme (not by too much, but still...)

I don't know how to do this stuff :I

anyone got/know how to make the Flandre palette?

Either way~ Post your fancy palettes (Flandre or otherwise) here. Please include download links/numbers (the Red Blue Green numbers) for people who want them (if you can)

I think the version where you can direct the randomness is a little more useful! :3

Although, it'd take some luck to get something close to something as specific as Flandre. Still, it could provide a good base to edit off if you can get a few of the right details.
