>Ooh, good idea, do that if possible and RUN RUN RUN LIKE HELL!
>Create a wall of flames behind you as you flee if you flee.
>Actually, can we make a wall of force, and if so, how long can we keep it up and how far away can we get from it?

>How much time is a little time? If it's short enough, float the gems over to her first as if you are giving them up after the blue one is ready, blind her and enact above plan.

>You aren't sure, probably tens of seconds.
>You cannot create walls of force. You can sorta make walls of flame, insomuch as you can keep the flames coming from the gem. You don't think that would stop Yorihime for long.
>"Reisen, that was not a request," says Yorihime, as her hand drifts down to her sword.

To voices: Sorry, we needed to act then. We had about three windows of attack opportunity. The first was immediately, without contemplating plans. Might have worked well, had a high chance of backfiring. Right now, Yorihime feels like "She's...she MIGHT be thinking about attacking me? But that's pretty damn stupid. She'll probably comply, let me just seem threatening." This second window has less advantage compared to the first, but still should be fine. The third window would be her realizing we're attacking and defending herself. Clearly suboptimal.

>You snarl a reply at Yorihime. She narrows her eyes; while the wolf sits up in attention. Then you draw upon the force gem, and fire a brief and thick wave of danmaku at her before turning on your heel and dashing through the door! You hear her sword clear its sheath as you call the wolf to follow after you.
>You dash down the hall, passing the three astonished rabbits, and hearing the wolf running behind you. You also start to hear footsteps following some yards behind you.

> Ah great...

Might as well make that Yuka, if we can. We'll tell her that Yorihime will destroy her flowers if she's not stopped.

Also, what if we used the Bottle of Wind to slow Yorihime down?

>You direct the Red Gem behind you, and unleash a gout of flame as you turn the corner. Thankfully, the wolf has started to outpace you, and is in no danger from it. You have no idea if this achieved anything.
>The closest place would be north of here, in Yuka's field. Second closest would be Northeast, to Medicine's Hill. Third closest would be south, to Byakuren's makeshift temple.

>Oh yeah, can we ride the wolf?
>And if so can we get on fast enough so we can escape Yorihime?

>You try to recall what Kanako said about the Bottle of Wind as you round the corner and dash toward the Rec Room. Something about how just opening it would create a thin stream, and smashing it would create a storm.
>The door to the Rec Room opens ahead. It should just be a straight shot now, toward the stairs and the way out. You can hear Yorihime's footsteps behind you, she's definitely closer; did she take that corner without slowing down?

> FFFFFFFFFFFFF-
> Smash the bottle in the room just before the exit.
> Exit the hideout.

>You panic a little, but you can feel yourself remaining in control despite it.
>You smash the bottle against the doorframe of the Rec Room. Suddenly your feet are no longer touching the ground and roaring fills your ears! You fly across the room, tossed into the air by a sudden sirocco. Thankfully, you are adapted enough to flight and in good enough physical condition to react swiftly that you are able to twist in midair and land more or less on your feet. You stumble forward painfully, nearly tripping over the wolf who was sent rolling around of you by the winds, and stagger out of the Rec Room into the entry hall.
>Two rabbits who were walking through there stare at you dumbly, but you can't hear what they say over the roar of the wind and do not bother with them. You dash out the stairs, the wolf galloping behind you, and out into the grassy field.

>That works well. Flee for Byakuren's.
>Shout command to wolf "IF I DON'T MAKE IT, SEE SATORI!"

>You start fleeing south. You try to shout to the wolf, but you are too busy using your breath for other things now.

>It is too cold. But it's also faster. You decide that given the circumstances, you can endure a chill for a little while and take to the air. It is difficult for the wolf to keep up, but you suspect he'll find you. It's not him they're after, anyways.

>Think to yourself how fucking awesome that was.

>You are far more concerned about dodging the wrath of Yorihime than awesome at the moment.
>You fly over the barren fields, and soon come into sight of the lone tent sitting in the vacant meadow at the edge of town. Obvious exits are north, south, and west.

>You stumble into the tend, your sides heaving, your chest burning, and your legs feeling like icicles. Byakuren is there, apparently in meditation. She opens her eyes as you enter, and gapes. "A-are you alright!?" she exclaims, a bit more loudly than is comfortable. It seems she has a comparably huge set of pipes.

>You try to explain things as well as you can, fighting for breath. Part of the way through, the wolf walks in, panting heavily. Byakuren doesn't seem very concerned about a predator entering her tent, apparently she doesn't have much to worry about from the smaller ones. He looks like he could really use some water.
>"I'm...not sure if I understand all of that," says Byakuren as you conclude. "I've been gone for a long time, so some of this a little bit difficult for me... But you say that they're the one's behind the UFOs? Do you have anything I could show Reimu to prove it?"
