They do look very good, though.

You can improve it by drawing some knuckles, and some of the fingers (Like the pinky on Yukari's left hand) are bent outward a little too much. It looks like her finger's broken...

The shape and the overall proportions of her hands are good, though... For effect you can try to draw some nails / color them

Ah, I don't color my works...yet and I don't think I'm comfortable with the idea of drawing nails. Uhm, it's just that my style doesn't really know how blend with them.

Ragathol: nice staging as usual, ye really know how to make those scenes work

Noname: great b&w styling there, with just the single colors to highlight details

Savory: nice cell shading there
