>Fly up and away from our assailant and the buildings while keeping an eye on her. Checking before we go that way though that there isn't any stray danmaku where we're heading.

>You fly upward! However, given your assailant is above you, this quickly turns out to be a bad idea as you fly directly into her next attack, slamming into alternating waves of blue and red  arrowhead danmaku.
>"Trespassers get to eat bullets!" your assailant says, floating up higher.

>"Get out of our village!" your assailant shouts. Now you've had a moment to look at her, you are certain this is local scamp and troublemaker, Chen. She sends two spirals of arrowheads your way.

>You move to flank the nekomata, as she draws back away from you. The arrows pass under you with no real threat. You send out your shots, but Chen is far enough away they are not an immediate threat. She creates a few circles of danmaku around her, red and blue arrowheads that circle in opposite directions. So far they are keeping close to her.

// (I am both in some hurry ,somehow late with activities and people so... :V ) :o
Oh-oh ! Mhmh!  :) .Intangibility and ghostliness would be neater when there are time/place/occasions to be "experimenting" , "exploring" " nice uses " without  :wat: abusing , be excessive or doing it in  bad/nasty form ; it is also not to be underestimated regarding Fair-Ish uses, and even unfair when required by good reason ; :D mostly it could be Murasa but not just her (Tojiko;Stargazer; Touhou ghosts and spirits,by various species, like those poltergeists; certainly whatever is Ghostly(besides Stargazer) and notable in the Submerged World Dimension ,especially links to the Formless One...) //

>There is pretty much no way to use it that wouldn't be gauche.

>You consider indulging your spectral nature, and quickly realize it would be a terrible idea.
>While Chen's attack is intimidating at first, you can quickly see some gaps in it, and move back to slip though them easily. While you do, you send out a few dipperfuls of waters danmaku, forcing Chen to move higher to avoid being hit herself. She makes frustrated noises, and summons two more rings of danmaku around herself. "Get out of here! This place isn't for you!"

>You slip through the next wave of bullets and invoke your most potent spellcard. Perhaps it's a little rude, but hardly uncouth. Sleeping into intangibility, her bullets just sleep through you, as you move around, filling the field with concentric rings. You can quickly see, it's more than Chen is ready to deal with; while she is aggressive and perhaps even tricky, her defensive ability is not very good. She can dodge reasonably at first, but once different rings overlap, she is quickly unable to keep up, taking hit after hit, before slumping down to the ground and collapsing into a heap before you have much time to say anything.

>Looking over, and downward, you can see a woman with golden hair and fox ears under a mob cap leaning on an open window, from inside one of the houses. You vaguely recognize her from festivals at the Hakurei Shrine, an associate of Yukari's. "Don't misunderstand me," she says, "I am understand why, Chen is a bit territorial. >You make your way toward the manor. It is larger than the other houses here, but not vastly so; a respectable and stately country home. Its roof extends some ways past the wall, giving quite a bit of share, and places for several small patios. You do not have to wait long for the fox woman to rejoin you. Standing tall in her white and blue robes, her clothing resembles the gap youkai's strongly. "You've mentioned the god of the back door's involvement," she says, as she moves to slide open the front door. "Just why did she send you here?"
