> You decide that resisting Mami would be even more painful, so you follow along as she drags you through the square.

> "A little bit? That ain't how you party with the oni, specially not us Devas."
> "Palace? Big building way over yonder. Why you going there? She's such a bore, never wants to party. Hey, here's a tip: don't trust anyone that don't party."
> She continues to pull you through the streets, before the two of you finally arrive at bar that really looks no different from any other bar you've seen, aside from the sign reading "Closed".
> "I don't think a drink or two would be a problem, but after that I'll have to leave, since I'm being sent all over the place to deliver stuff."
> "That's the spirit, you gotta start small or you ain't never gonna keep up. C'mon, the girls'll love you."
> She kicks the door and it flies open with slam. The bar is empty inside except for a square table in the middle with three other oni already sitting at it. You recognize one as Suika, and the other two look like the remaining statues. One wears a T-shirt with long blond hair and has a single horn growing from her forehead. The second had long black hair pulled back into a single braid and wears a powder-blue yukata tied very sloppily and revealing her white slip underneath. She has two horns on top of her head growing straight upwards. You wonder how awkward it must be for them to have horns sometimes.
> "Maaaaaaa, where have you been? We were about to start the next round without you." The one in the yukata tries to stand but quickly falls back down and decides to remain sitting.
> "Sorry Eriiiiiiiiii, I woulda come earlier but I found this guy staring at Sui's statue." She shoves you forward and you stumble a bit before regaining your footing.
> "Ah, it's that guy from Rei-rei's I told you about him right. Mr. Super Magic Man, ain't that right?" Suika leers at you.
> "Oi Sui, you know him?" The blond one nudges Suika's arm.
> "Oh yeah Yuug, he came to shrine an' Rei-rei gave him a read. Freaked out and scared it, said she'd never seen ANYTHING SO GREAT!" Suika and the blond hair collapse into a laughing fit, which you suspect is at Reimu's expense.
> Another violent shove from behind and you're soon catching your balance before the table.
> "Wait so, Suika met this guy today, why's he here for this?" Yukata oni finally stands up and points at you.
> "He seemed fun, but he never partied before. Figured he had to see a real oni party, show him how the Devas do it eh? Y'all with me?" Mami raises her hand for emphasis, followed shortly by Suika, sitting up from rolling on the floor. Blond oni follows suit and glares at Yukata oni.
> "Ugh, fine. But if he ain't fun then I'm taking you to The Ring eh Maa?"
> "Fine fine, though I always beat you Erii."
> The table is slightly rectangular, with Suika and Blond oni seated on one side, and Yukata oni seated on the other side with Mami taking a place next to her. Seeing nowhere else to reasonably sit, you remove your courier bag and sit at the head of the table, Suika on your right and Mami on your left.
> "Ahhhh," Suika lets out a tiny shriek, "you don't know us yet. Mami there is the Deva of the West, Yuugi with the blond hair is the Deva of the East and Erii over there is Deva of the South. Course, I'm the North Deva."
> Yuugi cuts in, "Great, he knows us now. Let's get this started! Oi! Bring it!"
> An oni in a shirt and tie emerges from a curtain carrying a tray stacked with cups, dishes and bottles. She leaves it at the foot of the table before retreating.
> Erii and Yuugi grab for the tray, scoring dishes and bottles for themselves and passing the tray towards Mami. Mami grabs a bottle and cup as Yuugi scoffs.
> "Cheatin' to us a cup, you know that."
> "Dishes spill and you know that! Get more to my mouth this way."
> "Spill? Heh, watch this." Yuugi pours a small amount of liquid into her dish, then balances it on her finger before giving it a twirl. Despite the spinning, not a drop flies out.
> Mami rolls her eyes, unimpressed. "Oh goody, parlor tricks. Why not wait til I can enjoy them first? Ain't nearly drunk enough."
> "Feh, you're just missing out." She quickly drains her dish into her gullet before starting into a new serving.
> Suika reaches over and set a bottle and dish before you. "I'll help you through this, ain't too bad." She pours the dish almost full of liquid before setting down the bottle. "Just drink and don't spill it, simple yeah?"
> "Suiiii, ain't you gonna drink our sake this time?"
> "No way, best sake's here in th' gourd." Suika picks up her gourd and shakes it for emphasis, the contents sloshing about.
> Erii chuckles. "She's just lucky to get that since she's the only one that's flat as a board." She pushes her breasts together for emphasis, as Yuugi howls with laughter.
> Suika takes a swig and points at Erii. "Hey, watch yourself."
> Your attention returns to the sake before you. The dish is a deep red, while the sake itself is an opaque milky color. You lift it to your nose and sniff, nearly recoiling at how strong it smells. You've had sips of sake before, but nothing like this.
