Patterns that hit the bullet cap

In each of the Touhou games, there is a limit to how many bullets can appear on the screen at once. When enough bullets are shot to theoretically exceed this limit, certain bullets that would otherwise be fired simply won't spawn at all. I'm not sure what each game's bullet cap is, but I've heard that it is higher in the later games than it is in the earlier games. So for awhile, I've been curious, what are examples of patterns in the Touhou games that hit the bullet cap, causing some bullets not to spawn as a result? I know that a lot of patterns in the Ultra patches do this, but I'm more interested in examples of patterns that still hit the bullet cap even in the vanilla, unpatched versions of the Touhou games. Here's what I've found so far:

IN: the last few seconds of Hourai Elixir Lunatic.

EoSD: QED's timeout phase.

Not as obvious as the IN example, but there's a gap near the top of the recently fired ring of bullets where bullets that normally would have spawned didn't.

Anyone know of other examples?

Ichirin's midboss non in Lunatic tends to miss some lasers on certain waves, though I don't know if it is because of bullet limit

Things I've done (and maybe will improve):
SA L6MNB | SA Lunatic 3b Scorerun | MoF LNB | PCB LNB |DDC LNB

From memory (all on Lunatic or Extra, obviously):

EoSD (cap = 640): Flandre's 9th spell (And Then Will There Be None?) end of 1st phase, 10th spell (QED "Ripples of 495 Years") near end
PCB (cap = 1024): Can't remember any, but I think there was one (uncertain)
IN (cap = 1536): Mokou's 4th spell (Xu Fu's Dimension), Yuyuko's LW (Saigyouji Flawless Nirvana) near end
MoF (cap = 2000): Sanae's midboss spell (Secretly Inherited Art of Danmaku)
UFO (cap = 2000): Some of Ichirin's midboss nonspells

I'll add more if I remember them.

unsure if satori's wind god hidden among tree leaves actually hits the bullet cap or just goes too far off the screen but it's missing bullets for whatever reason

Yumemi's "cloud of death" >:I
Yuuka's final attack in LLS (I'm pretty sure)
Reimu's level 2 in PoFV
Probably a few other PC-98 things I can't think of.

Yumeko's final doesn't spawn all its bullets. I think that occurs on both Lunatic and Hard.

There's probably more, since the PC-98 bullet cap seems to be pretty low.

One of Byakuren's non-spells hit the bullet cap.

Remilia's Thousand Needle Mountain (Lunatic). Surprised nobody mentioned it.

Possibly the blue spam beginning of Flandre's survival? (hard to tell and depends on your movement)

How they discovered each game's bullet cap and how can you be sure that the pattern hit the bullet cap?

Six-hundred and Forty Needle Mountain doesn't have the same ring, hmm...
