Nice. About this, will your download link contain the full game or just a translated patch (or whatever)? Because the game is not free to play, so no download links to the full thing.

It will be translated but I still haven't covered some parts. If it's okay, I will link you too my copy. It's the full game but has some english in it. besides I haven't tested all scenarios anyway. So if it's okay, I'll post the download link and remove it after a limited time.

What would be more helpful is to just upload the modified files, then later have someone make a simple patch to replace the files in the user's CtC directory.

Bullet Forge won't fit it! :ohdear: !!!! So, where else can I place it? MegaUpload is gone for me. RapidShare is slow. mediaFire is great but I don't trust having an account there. Gensokoyo memories perhaps

There's been problems with doing this translation. It requires adding more dialogue boxes than is necessary, and this kills any type of compatibility with original replays, since it makes it go out of sync. Also, the cutins for the spellcards and such are in compressed dat files, which haven't been decoded yet. The dialogue boxes will probably need to be altered; either that or people will have to deal with the incompatibility of replays (there might also be other problems).

I was looking into hacking this game before but gave up for awhile. I might try again in the future when I have some time.

Have you been able to fix any of these problems though?

I expanded the dialouges. I edited the DAT and DNH files successfully with a program. I cannot understand the spellcards though, I am able translate. I just need to translate the rest of scenario d and the 2 extras then I'm done. I've managed to decode a little bit but not enough. The replays work fine for me. Is that the answer you want to here?

The replays won't work if there's more dialogue boxes in the dialogue than the original version, don't know if you fit it all in or not. If you were able to make them match up, that's good. I remember Prime told me it would be pretty much impossible in some places to make them the same amount though.

Which dat files did you edit though? The ones that haven't been decrypted before were the ones under thC/DATA. If you were able to get into those, that'd be awesome.

I was able to decode it most of it. However I cannot replace the numbers or it will freeze concealed the conclusion. Besides, I decoded most of DATA. But I cannot read the numbers. It's like CONFIG = @#* if you what i mean.

Can't, the files exceed over 300kb so I cannot upload the dat files with CtC however, if you know any unlimited free place where I can post it, then sure, I can post it!

No no, you misunderstand. How you got the game is irrelevant. Posting download links to games that people must buy to own is not allowed here. Phantasm Romance is a free to play game. Concealed the Conclusion is not. A download link to Phantasm Romance is fine, CtC isn't. You may post a link to a patch for CtC so long as the patch doesn't run on it's own and still requires a seperate copy of CtC to work.

Also, d'ya think you could just make a single thread to keep all your pojects in, instead of making a million threads for each different project? It would be much easier for you and everybody else to keep track of.

I echo Naut for the major spam of threads.

There is no reason to create 50 threads just for your self. This section of the forum is not a chatbox nor personal blog. Please keep everything as much as possible in one thread. I am currently questioning whether this thread even belongs in Touhou Projects or not, since it is a mod/mutation/translation on a full game and not a self-made project.

I removed your other threads because they are totally unnecessary.

Removal is not necessary, unless the work is never finished then it will automatically die.

Moved to Touhou Projects because I stand with my previous questioning. Game translations/mutations or patches belong here.

Just open it up with NotePad or just use a hex editor.
