Hello everyone! ...I really don't know how to start his topic
but anywho I have come, with art!
Just one for now though.

An unfinished watercolour painting of Cirno I started in late September and never got around to finishing. Might restart it as I don't really like how I did the watercolours.
Critiques are always welcomed! (I like em harsh)

YES I love watercolor painting. I suck at it so I get easily discouraged, but I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one, at least :<

You need more clothing folds, for sure-- Cirno's waist shouldn't be so unruffled, and her shoulders need to look like they're bending. Her arms look a little too short, even for her small stature. And her neck is a bit too... what's the word? Broad? Thick, maybe.

Watercolor's pretty fun (Although I'm not good at it  :V), and it yields some pretty unique results.

However, I think that Cirno's hands are a bit too small; Making them 1.5x bigger would be much better.

I'd have to agree with Ruro here; there should be some lines indicating the ruffling of Cirno's dress as she moves, the way it is now gives it the flatness of a puddle of water. (I only say this because that's what I see when look at it, sorry.  :ohdear:)

Although only add in a couple lines for clothing folds, you can show folds without lines just by adding shadows and highlights.

I agree, hands and arms are something I really need to fix and looking at the picture again, the neck also looks a bit too thick.

Oh no, don't apoligize you're right  the dress is painted pretty bad right now its something I also need to remember when i'm redrawing it.
 
I was planning on using highlights and shadows to show the clothing folds but I never got around to doing that (I should have drawn some in though lol)

No, it was done from my mind, without a model so its pretty ...crap. Not to mention the anatomy mistakes in it.

I think he meant the typo of "sketch" as "skecth."

Oh derp. how I managed to spell sketch wrong about 4 times in a row and not notice is beyond me. It seems my fingers have a different opinion on how to spell things.
