How Do I Use DX9 Converter for Touhou 6-9 (Win 10)?

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and I cannot run games 6-9. I read up on the DX8 to DX9 Converter but I don't know exactly how to install it, as I'm average with computers. Any help is appreciated  :D

All i did was put the DX8 Converter into the folder of the game.

Dunno if that will work but try it i guess.

Copy-paste it into the game directory. Easy as that.
