My question is, are there any nu-ish metal remixes (say what you will blah blah blah) of Nue's theme, Heian Alien, on youtube?

...Man that Nue metal pun was stupid.

I think this one's got the best audio mastering of the four. I quite like it, they did some very creative things with it and the solo's are awesome.

This one is very bass-y but has some great drums. The quality isn't that clear, but I think this is my personal favorite. Fast and frantic, as Nue's theme should be.

This one's a little slow for my tastes. But if you're looking for something a little slower then this will do you well. It's got some pretty good solo's, and is a little more heroic.

This one's pretty good, though sometimes individual instruments are pretty unclear... though once the main tune kicks in I get in a head banging mood pretty quick myself.
