> "Jeff is hardly a friend, and he's not worth this! And if you hadn't acted so foolishly, we could simply have spoken to Remilia about the fate!"
> Wait... Didn't Yuyuko arrange this? Youmu being so hasty is understandable, if still idiotic, but Yuyuko? What could she be planning?

>That is iffy, to say the least. And may not achieve much, as they can both fly. It might even put Remilia at more of a disadvantage if Youmu can maneuver well in the air.

>You could! It would create some shadows. But you don't know if there would be enough to help Remilia. But it probably wouldn't hurt.

>You can fly up fairly high.
>While an interesting idea in theory, taking the wheel closer to the sun would not create a larger shadow. Light would just just have more space to get around it.

>You set yourself up at a proper angle, and appreciate your reflective AOL disk, having a nice chuckle in the meantime.
>The light is probably an irritance to Youmu, but it doesn't seem to be enough to really stop her. You did, however, mess up an attack she was launching that Remilia would have dodged into.

> Examine Dream Cutlass

>This weapon is said to be able to cut between the fabric of dreams and reality. Who knows if it is true? Its blade is a riot of bright colors. You don't detect any enchantment on it.

>Try rock throwing if it isn't too much trouble, try and concentrate it too.

>You do not have any rocks. And that would be directly interfering, most likely.

>You don't think it would. But who knows? Things get legends around them for a reason.
>Remilia's spellcard breaks as Youmu slashes her along the shoulder. Thankfully it is a light wound, nothing that Remilia won't be able to recover from after the fight. She tries to prepare another spellcard, but Youmu has her on enough of a defensive that she doesn't have time.
>Could Sakuya bring sunset faster? That's a good question. You wouldn't think so, but she has managed to mess with the library in the past.

>You waves the fan about, sending put a few butterflies of neon light harmlessly. Youmu notes them, and it gives Remilia time enough to pull out another spellcard.
>As it stands, from your observations, the central problem Remilia seems to have is that she has nothing to defend herself against Youmu's swords with, and cannot dodge them freely with the sun about.

>If so, try to find a point where you can safely deliver the Cutlass to Remilia.

>Giving it to her would most definitely be against the rules.
>Leaving it, say, in the mouth of one of the gargoyles or stabbing it into the roof or tossing it into the yard and then Remilia finding it after you proclaim something to the nature of "A sword appeared!", that would be perfectly fine.

> If we flew above Remilia and used something larger than a wheel, like our robe, to block the sun would that be enough to allow Remilia to go without her parasol?

>You would have to be fairly close for this to work, and you very much run the risk of friendly fire. But this could give Remilia some relief. You would not be able to keep up with her movement for long; both she and Youmu are significantly faster than you.

> If the answers to both of the above are negatory, quickly go find Sakuya and ask her to bring sunset faster if at all possible.

>You could do them in some sort of order.

>Or do this if it will work better

>You don't trust your throwing arm very well, so you fly down and place it in the mouth of a gargoyle, where it is unlikely to fall with just a jostle.
>You then interpose yourself between Remilia and the sun as well as you can. The you open your robe; thank the heavens you got rid of that embarrassing tattoo!
Remilia, hiding behind her parasol, doesn't notice this at first, until you mention there is a sword hereabouts. She quickly spots it, and dives for it.
>The shade you provide isn't perfect, Remilia steams most disconcertingly a bit. As well, Youmu is able to exploit the opening to leave a deep gash on Remilia's leg. But with you giving her some shade, Remilia is able to avoid being slashed on the way down as Youmu follows her. Remilia grabs the weapon, and not bothering to unsheathe it, brings it around to deflect one of Youmu's blades. "Not so fast, little drone," she says.

>She holds the blade in one hand, while she keeps the parasol in the other. Now that she's not confined to dodging and counterattacks with her claws, she can hold her own better now. You don't know if you can keep up with them for much longer, anyways.
