Title: Windows 10's Fullscreen Optimizations causes input lag & framedrops; disable it.

Windows 10 recently added a feature called "Fullscreen Optimizations". Long story short, on my laptop it causes noticeable input lag and sometimes framedrops/framepacing issues on all Touhou games I've tried.
I don't expect Fullscreen Optimizations to work any better on anyone else's PC, so I'd suggest disabling it on all Touhou games.
It's not hard to do; just right-click the game exe > Compatibility > Disable fullscreen optimizations.
