Problems with the mouth and her arm. =[

Honesty:
No Trace
No Copy
No Bullshit

Weaknesses:
Horrible with color, and it takes too long for me to draw something. I'm working on it, but I really need help for coloring. I can't seem to make my work look good at all.

Sketches are too messy, and usually pencil smudges prevent me from adding more details. Think of it as using a level 15 weapon but only being able to use it up to level 10. =/

If I were truly talented, I wouldn't be relying heavily on such a thing.

Sure, I can continue with my "omg self-taught look at me" thing, but I'd improve very slowly, and I just don't have time for that. It's time for me to gather the foundations I need to express myself properly.

Get at least one H, one HB, one 2B, one 3B and one 6B. And never use a sharpener on them, always a stylet.

It was the only thing that bugged me much in your style, but I could never put my finger on it properly.
Could use a bit more still, but it's already a great improvement. :V

I hope you like her! I'm having trouble with her hair, again. The problem is easily solvable if the image is low resolution, but I feel like I'm working too hard on the shadows and that's what's probably giving me a hard time...

Her headgear will NOT work. I should scrap it or redraw it...
Or I could be lazy and fill the top of her hair with 100% black to hide some lines. Then slowly work to a 65-80% gray and make some shadows...

The rest seems easy enough. I'm liking her skin tone, but the colors show up differently depending on operating system. It looks better under a Windows gamma, but whatever...

I still want to animate her expressions because I want to create a VN effect. I'm still thinking how I should do the eyes in a way that isn't too messy and doesn't require me to draw much...

I used to have a set of pencils, really.

Thing is, I can't keep track of them and then what I end up doing is I either lose them or I forget to grab them before I start drawing. I still have my 4B lying around. I never use the 6B, though. I mostly use the H, HB and 2B.

H, what. Unless you're doing technical design, which I know you're not, it's only good to be used very very lightly to put down the basic sketch.
A B would let you do the thinner lines, leaving the 2B for most of the lines but not the most detailed ones.
3~6B are for shading, actually. Can't do proper lines with those, they're almost just charcoal.
As for keeping track of them, I keep everything in a big old medical steel case. Not just the pencils, but the rubbers, stumps, charcoals and the stylet as well, making it necessary for me to get the case every time I want to just sketch.
This way I don't lose anything, specially considering I share everything with my mother :derp: (whos currently using the easel dammit mom I wanna draw)

Oh hey, my tutor thing didn't last dick either. Aren't we awesome :fail:

On the latest, yeah her left arm does look weird. Might be because the coloring isn't finished yet, but it's hard to tell where arm ends and torso starts.
Her mouth looks fine to me, though

Now, I've been talking a lot lately about making stuff in FL Studio.
But I never showed any results.

Fortunately, I found a few guys in the school that do this sort of stuff as a hobby, and so, they helped me out a bit.

Trance / Psy
Don't expect anything good, this thing is FAR from being done.

If I decide to just make trance out of this, then I'll be changing a lot of stuff. I won't be deleting anything, though.
If I decide to stick with the hard beat, then I'll changing some stuff.

Either way, I'll be making a lot of changes to this, especially that sound sample I threw in at the end. I need something to break the song before I introduce the melody. I know what to do, though.

Open to suggestions...

PS: The rhythm sounds off at the beginning. It's intentional, but I'm not sure if it actually works out fine. I can easily fix it, though. Again, the final song will sound SO MUCH different.

A great thing about this so far is that it has a build up and layering, which works incredibly well in music.

It should go greatly in either direction you go with this.

Your track sounds good, even if it's still just raw beat and bass pads. I like how it opens up in 1:08 - 1:10, and I think it deserves some attention if ever you got around to continuing your music work. XD

Over here: Having trouble getting the song down, so~
I will be drawing a small diagram that shows how I want the song to flow. This way, it's more organized.
I can follow a defined pattern instead of feeling through the dark and avoid producing something that just shows that I'm playing around with the program.

It'll be up soon.

On a side note: This thread is open for signature requests~

Now, I don't do many photoshop effects. I mostly do graphics that go on top of the signature. Size will be 600 x 125. You may request PNG transparency.

★ Please specify which kind of picture you'd like.
(Like a favorite Touhou character. I'll do the image hunting myself~)

★And what text you'd like on the signature.
For example, if you have a site you'd like to advertise, or maybe a quote you'd like to include. If you don't specify, I'll just include your permanent username along with a short description of the image. (Such as Artist, Subject, etc.)

I enjoy a challenge as well, so make sure to tell me if there's something else you'd like. I do not recommend multiple pics in a sig, though.
