Random stage unlocking is good for me, but can someone tell me why it happened in the first place?

Watching a replay of a stage in MoF unlocks it.

They only look that way to you - it's to accommodate the modify button on the right... why there are 2 modify buttons is beyond me, though.

IIRC, one puts you to the standard post screen, the other one is editing in the post itself.
