Kama are listed as one of the hardest weapons to master in martial arts. There is a good reason for it.

Also, one of my favorite marks of a shitty RPer is making a character who uses a scythe as their main weapon. It gets even better when they cannot spell scythe. I have literally seen people try to pass of scyth and sith. It took me forever to figure out a "sith" was supposed to be. It gave me the pleasant image of beating someone with a shitty Star Wars antagonist.

Inspiration came from the unlikeliest of places - the laser circuit diagrams for my laser microscope.

...I can make out which ones are me and Matsuri, at the very least (mind you, the glasses are a dead give away for the latter, so yeah). And the fang and spiky hair on the bottom middle one make it easy to figure out who she is... Hmmm.
