I think it's better if we make this sound less like an inevitable concession, and more like an act of generosity. We'd like to convince her that we're not just planning to shoot her in the head here, rather than "Oh well, you got me."
(And I agree, I don't trust her SERVANT, no matter how friendly he seems, but SHE doesn't seem so bad - I mean, who wouldn't be guarded and wary of us under these circumstances?)
