Title: IN Score editor?

Anyone know how to find the IN/PCB score-editor? I lost all my Touhou stuff (well, everything) in a hard drive crash, and for some reason, Google doesn't have the original thread for it cached, and now I don't even know who originally made it.

Cuz 1. I've already requested it and gotten nothing helpful, and 2. that's not what I'm asking for in this thread. :V

I normally hate to do it but I can pm you my IN score.dat which unlocked everything but not captured everything yet (only few)

I'm actually seeking PCB with Phantasm unlocked, but I appreciate the thought.

I probably shouldn't say this, but some torrents have the scores.dat included. I think there's one on demonoid that has it.
