Title: Where do I set up my Forum Profile?

Sorry that this is off topic but, how do I set up my forum profile? It doesn't say where to set it up in help.

Once you have sufficiently many posts, a "Profile" button will appear on the navigation bar at the top of each page. You can make changes there.

Of course, many users in the past have tried spamming useless posts in an effort to reach the threshold quickly and have been cuaght and had their post counts reset, so make sure you get there the proper way. Don't worry, it doesn't take very many.
