>Not unless they have some physical aspect to them rather than being pure magic creations, as Kaguya is using. And usually there's no point to it, since parrying one isn't useful when there's dozens more.

>You think if you try to move toward the ones nearest to the center of the burst, this would probably be "best" for terms of speed. If "best" means safety, then those furthest out have the largest gaps.
