Too much shading contrast. Increase the luminosity of the darker tone and consider adding an intermediary one to lessen this.

Not too sure about her right shoulder and hands, however, but the latter is very forgivable due to their complexity. Also the eyes are a bit distracting, though I'll say that it might be just a stylistic trait.

Okay, back to serious note - I'm assuming graphics tablet here. I'd recommend Wacom ones for being a common sight in graphics labs and departments, though they are higher-priced. The
Bamboo series should be plenty for most things, and all of them even include a copy of Autodesk Sketchbook Express (free from App Store).
android one or ipad?

They're usually not iPads, Eee Pads, Kindles, etc., but more like
these.
also need to know if you used a capacitive stylus when drawing, i can't seem to draw "clean" enough on my android tablet using my finger
I believe that if you intend to draw on a tablet device, a stylus is just about necessary. Just don't lose it :V
