Touhou 13.5 spell card

Hi all,

Can anyone of you tell me on how to activate spell card on Touhou 13.5 Hopeless Masquerade. I'm able to activate both skills and last word but I can't do so for spell cards.

Do you have the spell card equipped? The Super Portrait Attack appears 1st when you use a spell card (which is the direction + button on where you placed the card), pressing the same command will activate it.
