Sanae and Reimu have unfocus speeds of 4.5 pixels / frame, and Marisa has 5.0 pixels / frame.
When focused; they all have a speed of 2.0 pixels / frame.

Strangely enough, Reimu and Marisa (un)focus movement speeds can also be applied to MoF / SA (with the exception of SA ReimuC; who has a speed of 9.0 pixels / frame).
9 pixels per frame? Couldn't you theoretically completely skip an entire small bullet that way?
If you can precisely time 0.0183 seconds, then sure.

I think he put it in just to see people try this. There's no other reason.

I am also not getting the theory, her hitbox is 5x5, the bullet is 8x8, you have to be traveling at the speed of 13 pixels/frame to even have a chance of skipping over a bullet.

How much time do you guys think it will take for HM to be translated? Besides everyone's story modes and the whole menus, there's also the fact that the way HM's programmed is different from all other games. I bet it'll take two months.

lusvik: I don't mind about playing HM in japanese. The language of punching other people is international.

ReimuC's superfast movement was a pretty bad idea from the start anyways. It was probably just added as an amusing gimmick.
