Need Help With UFO Stage 4

I'm playing UFO and can't clear stage 4 normal. Someone please post the replays so I can clear stage 4. Eventually, I always died at Captain Murasa first non spellcard attack and lost 2 or 3 lives when facing "a glowing ball" midboss. This is so depressing...

In my opinion, UFO screen sometime become too crowded because of point items and power items. I think that also make UFO seems to be more difficult than SA or MoF.

it's mostly because of the way getting lives, bombs, and points works, otherwise it feels /easier/ than SA

unless you have a solid strategy, dont bother with ufos on stage 4-5 when its raining bullets

I found stage 4 to be pretty meh in difficulty. but the stage 5 boss and those damn squiggly curvey spirally lasers are cheeeappp >=P

Try Sanae B; since it makes a whole lot of the game extremely easier using the big spread with very high damage.  With Froggy Nuke you can just bomb past the spells you don't like most of the time anyway. Unless you're hell bent with beating it with the other shot types.

You shouldn't have to move a lot for either the midboss and Murasa's opener. I'm guessing you might be panicking ?

Any general tips for Marisa A? I do somewhat the first 3 stages, but fail utterly at this one. Also, is the midboss static?

You shouldn't have to move a lot for either the midboss and Murasa's opener. I'm guessing you might be panicking ?

Might be because of my X360 gamepad. I did a lot better using keyboard.

For the midboss, try and stay around 1/6th of the screen above the bottom.  You'll have far more time to react and not get trapped by the fairy bullets, at least for Normal.  The bullets won't really hit you either if you destroy the faries quickly.

Yeah, I can clear normal mode now but with keyboard. I guessed the problem is because XBOX360 left analog stick is too sensitive.

Try to use her unfocused attack when possible in stages 4-5 when there's lots of enemies flooding in, and do little movements to stream the bullets. I 1cc'd normal with Reimu A ok but I kept having trouble with Mari A for some reason. Unfocusing when applicable and concentrating on streaming bullets helped a lot.
