=========================
So here the thing, Computer 2 has a steady 60.00 FPS on Touhou 6 - 10. It can't run the newer games, though. I guess it's because of graphics memory.
(I think the minimum is 128 MB, but isn't that a lot anyway? That's the minimum to run Aero on Vista and Windows 7...) o_0
And on Computer 1, I can run any game, but It's either 59.78 FPS or 59.8 (In TH 11, 12, and 12.5)
I know it's not a lot of difference, but why does it do this? Touhou takes at most 30% of my CPU on computer 1 when it's running. Why isn't it a steady 60.00 FPS despite having better hardware? (Both are NVidia GPU, btw.)
Computer 1 is connected to AC power when I play.
