> You are Seija Kijin, Counterattacking Amanojaku.
> You are ambitious in overturning society, and such has granted you many enemies in your pursuit of it. However, you've started to build up allies (including a large amount of fairies) in favor of this, and have started to take things in a better way than previously. With a few new cheat items and new abilities of your own, you're ready to aid the lesser residents of Gensokyo much more properly than before. This time, you won't allow yourself to be stopped...
Recap of the previous (https://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php/topic,21188.0.html): Day 2: A bit after Yuuka's harmless visit, you returned to the now complete pool behind the house. With this, Wakasagihime, and Kagerou alongside her, have joined to your alliance. You also managed to have Gasanae teach you the necessities for Perfect Fusion, however, she has warned that she won't tolerate attempts at things past Perfect Fusion. You briefly went to Yuuka's to apologize to her, causing no fuss and letting it happen smoothly. Later, you performed a Perfect Fusion with Shinmyoumaru. As the fusion, you asked Gasanae to make a list of additions to the base that would make it more comfortable, like an actual house. You also found out and solved Kagerou's problem with her appearance, changing her to look like how she should when it's not a full moon. Back in the main room of the house, you learned that Kogasa is a blacksmith, and helped explain to Louise about Danmaku and the spell card system. Later, you began experimenting with your mallet, which resulted in advancing your abilities with the arrow, but also draining the mallet more than twice, and possibly causing an incident. You began to fix this, helping most of your members (aside from Sekibanki) and also getting some of the energy out from Yuuka. You've stopped it's spread at the base of the Youkai Mountain, but it may have already spread to troublesome areas, such as the Scarlet Devil Mansion...
> You are currently outside with Sanae, Kogasa, Raiko, Benben, Yatsuhashi, Louise, and Mirai, searching for Sekibanki to retrieve the meddlesome energy from her.
> Keep looking.
> You continue...
> "Up here." Raiko calls, near the roof of the building.
>_
-
> Look up.
> Take flight and head to the roof.
-
> Look up.
> Take flight and head to the roof.
> You fly up to the roof.
> Sekibanki is up here. She seems to be putting her head back on, or something...
> "What?" She asks.
>_
-
> Can we sense mallet magic inside her?
> "Do you feel irritated?"
-
> "Do you feel irritated?"
> "Why?"
>_
-
> Do we feel mallet magic inside her?
> "I'm here to fix it if you are."
-
> Do we feel mallet magic inside her?
> "I'm here to fix it if you are."
> Yes.
> Sekibanki doesn't respond.
>_
-
> Vacuum the magic out of her back into the mallet.
-
> Vacuum the magic out of her back into the mallet.
> You start to extract the magic...
> And finish after a few seconds.
>_
-
> "There, it's done."
-
> "There, it's done."
> Sekibanki looks to her hands, then you and Raiko.
> "What was that?"
> "A mistake with the mallet that made some people irritated and powered up." Raiko answers.
>_
-
> "Sorry about that. I promise it was entirely unintentional. I don't intend on doing what led to it again."
-
> "Sorry about that. I promise it was entirely unintentional. I don't intend on doing what led to it again."
> "It's fine... That was just a bit weird... Sorry if I did anything uncalled for."
>_
-
> "I don't think you did. At least, not to any of us."
-
> "I don't think you did. At least, not to any of us."
> Sekibanki nods a bit.
> "We're goin out to try and stop more people from becoming like that." Raiko says.
>_
-
> "...Actually, come to think of it..."
> Hold up our mallet.
-
> "...Actually, come to think of it..."
> Hold up our mallet.
> You hold your mallet up.
> "What?" Raiko questions.
>_
-
> Make a wish on the mallet to vacuum all of the outstanding ambient mallet magic in Gensokyo back into the mallet.
-
//Wouldn't asking Gasanae to try to miracle it into flowing back (but not necessarily into the mallet) first be safer...? Then you could vaccum as it comes along
-
> Make a wish on the mallet to vacuum all of the outstanding ambient mallet magic in Gensokyo back into the mallet.
> You wish...
> The mallet expends it's energy, before it starts to refill with what's around.
> Some of the magic that was expended seems to be focusing into the house however.
>_
-
> Is it actually flowing into the house itself, or is it just floating ambiently in the interior?
-
> Is it actually flowing into the house itself, or is it just floating ambiently in the interior?
> You believe the former.
>_
-
> Frown a bit.
> "Well, that's unexpected. Everyone onto the ground."
> Float up just a bit.
> Try vacuuming the magic flowing into the house back into the mallet, if there's room in the mallet.
-
> Frown a bit.
> "Well, that's unexpected. Everyone onto the ground."
> Float up just a bit.
> Try vacuuming the magic flowing into the house back into the mallet, if there's room in the mallet.
> The two float off from the house.
> You attempt, however, the magic continues. And the mallet is still recovering what's around...
>_
-
> Try vacuuming the magic going into the house into ourselves.
-
> Try vacuuming the magic going into the house into ourselves.
> You attempt...
> The magic still doesn't stop from going into the house.
>_
-
> "Raiko! Seki! Get everyone out of the house!"
-
> "Raiko! Seki! Get everyone out of the house!"
> Raiko nods, heading inside.
> Sekibanki sends duplicates of her heads into the house, quicker than Raiko is.
>_
-
> How much of Gensokyo's ambient mallet magic have we sucked up so far? Can we even tell?
-
> How much of Gensokyo's ambient mallet magic have we sucked up so far? Can we even tell?
> Well, your mallet isn't full yet. And energy hasn't stopped flowing into it...
>_
-
> And how much magic has flowed into the house?
> How much mallet magic does it take for an inanimate object to become a tsukumogami?
-
> And how much magic has flowed into the house?
> How much mallet magic does it take for an inanimate object to become a tsukumogami?
> Just what was originally in the mallet before starting to recover it...
> You don't know.
>_
-
> Try reversing the flow of magic going form the mallet to the house so it goes from the house to the mallet.
-
> Try reversing the flow of magic going form the mallet to the house so it goes from the house to the mallet.
> You try to reverse the flow of magic from the house to the mallet...
> It doesn't work.
> The group starts to return outside.
>_
-
> Damnit.
> Only thing for it, then. Stop the wish.
-
> Damnit.
> Only thing for it, then. Stop the wish.
> You don't believe such would stop the magic already going into the house, given the mallet sometimes takes it's worth before doing the wish.
>_
-
> Is it still flowing into the house now?
-
> Is it still flowing into the house now?
> Yes. It seems like it's stopping...
>_
-
> Try landing, putting a hand on the roof, and vacuuming the mallet energy out of the house into our body.
-
> Try landing, putting a hand on the roof, and vacuuming the mallet energy out of the house into our body.
> You place a hand on the roof and try to take the mallet energy out of the house.
> You can't feel any.
> The part you're on starts to crumble.
>_
-
> Gasp.
> Float up a bit.
-
> Gasp.
> Float up a bit.
> You float up a bit.
> More of the top crumbles, but stops after a bit, not going too far from where you were.
>_
-
> Scowl while looking back and forth at the hole in the roof and the mallet.
> How are the mallet's vacuuming effects going?
-
> Scowl while looking back and forth at the hole in the roof and the mallet.
> How are the mallet's vacuuming effects going?
> The roof looks less well compared to earlier. It may just give way without any outside interaction.
> The mallet isn't nearly full yet...
>_
-
> Are we capable of making more than one wish on the mallet at once?
-
> Are we capable of making more than one wish on the mallet at once?
> You haven't tried.
>_
-
> Hmm...
> Try wishing on the mallet that the hole in the roof is fixed.
-
> Hmm...
> Try wishing on the mallet that the hole in the roof is fixed.
> You try to wish...
> Some energy is expended, and the hole is mended.
> It still looks like the rest of the roof.
>_
-
> We can deal with that later.
> Continue monitoring the mallet magic flows, both from Gensokyo to the mallet and from the mallet to the house, until something of note happens.
-
> We can deal with that later.
> Continue monitoring the mallet magic flows, both from Gensokyo to the mallet and from the mallet to the house, until something of note happens.
> It's still coming in...
> Eventually, it stops. Not full, but nothing more is coming in.
>_

> Double-check: The mallet's energy is no longer flowing into the house?

-
> Double-check: The mallet's energy is no longer flowing into the house?
> Double-check: We can no longer feel the mallet's energy in the house?
> It is no longer flowing, yes.
> You can't feel any more in the house.
>_
-
> Make a wish to identify whether or not the house is now a tsukumogami.
-
> Make a wish to identify whether or not the house is now a tsukumogami.
> You wish upon the mallet...
> Just a bit of energy. Signs say no.
>_
-
> Exhale and look very relieved.
> Is the barrier shield still up?
> Try wishing on the mallet to identify exactly what happened to our house.
-
> Exhale and look very relieved.
> Is the barrier shield still up?
> Try wishing on the mallet to identify exactly what happened to our house.
> Yes.
> You try to wish...
> The mallet took a toll for the wish to collect around Gensokyo, that being aging and decaying the house.
>_
-
> ...All the more reason to get a new house, huh.
> How might we go about such a thing, anyway?
-
> ...All the more reason to get a new house, huh.
> How might we go about such a thing, anyway?
> You probably could restore this. It's not like it's gone at least...
> You have quite a few ways. You could probably just wreck this and build up from there, manually or with magic. But there's what's inside too. Then there's the magic choices...
>_
-
> What magical options are at our disposal?
-
> What magical options are at our disposal?
> Mallet. Seija's magic. Sanae's magic...
>_
-
> We could use Seija's magic to create a house from scratch??
-
> We could use Seija's magic to create a house from scratch??
> You doubt it, but it's a magical option for helping get a new house...
>_
-
> Try flipping the house from old and decayed to new and sturdy.
-
> Try flipping the house from old and decayed to new and sturdy.
> You try...
> You don't seem to have enough magic.
>_

> Descend to the ground.
-
> Sigh.
> Descend to the ground.
> You descend.
>_
-

-
> How's the group faring?
> They're out, seemingly confused.
>_

> "Well, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that we don't have to go anywhere, because all of the magic has been absorbed back into the mallet."
-
> "Well, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that we don't have to go anywhere, because all of the magic has been absorbed back into the mallet."
> The Benben's reactions sell which is which.
> "Sounds like a few of us were actually looking forward to it..." Sanae says.
> "And the bad is that the mallet is a Tsukumogami now?" Raiko guesses.
> "That wouldn't really be bad..." Raiko 2(?) says.
> "It'd have a mind of it's own, which means it could possibly go against us."
> "Oh..."
>_
-
> Shake our head.
> "The bad news is that the wish to vacuum everything back came at a cost."
> Gesture to the house.
> "This place is in really bad condition now, and I don't presently have the magic reserves to fix it."

> Gesture to the house.
> "This place is in really bad condition now, and I don't presently have the magic reserves to fix it."
> "That's the mallet of course..." Raiko says.
> "Oh..."
> "So we have to go somewhere else?" Sanae asks.
>_
-
> "Maybe for the time being, unless we think we can fix it now."
-

-
> "I don't know if it's that bad, but I wouldn't suggest anyone else try to stand on it, at least."
> "Uh huh..."
>_

> You head over to the front of the house.
>_
-
> Have a look inside.
-

> You peer...
> The interior seems fine. Still like the outside though... The bedroom even seems to still be intact.
>_
-
> How do the walls look, both inside and outside?
-
> How do the walls look, both inside and outside?
> Fragile. You wouldn't even trust pressing against it. It is holding it's own weight however...
>_
-
> Grimace.
> "None of that looks safe to touch..."
-
> Grimace.
> "None of that looks safe to touch..."
> "Ahaha..." Kogasa laughs, troubled.
> "Maybe it was worth it? We did stop things, right?" Raiko says.
>_
-
> Look suddenly just a touch sad.
> "It did stop the disaster. ...A disaster I started by accident."
-
> Look suddenly just a touch sad.
> "It did stop the disaster. ...A disaster I started by accident."
> "Accidents happen. We didn't want what happened at the lake to happen the way it did, but it did." Sanae says.
>_
-
> "Yeah, but that one was at least their fault."
-
> "Yeah, but that one was at least their fault."
> "Could you make another wish? Or would that cause more harm to us than help?"
>_
-
> "I could try, but I don't know if it would come at a cost or not."
-
> "I could try, but I don't know if it would come at a cost or not."
> "Well, a home is really important, right?"
> "And the money and food's still in there." Reimu says.
>_
-
> Oh, shoot, the food!
> Make a wish on the mallet to identify of the food and money were affected like the house was.
-

> We could always split, check Seija's status, and then immediately reform...
-
> We could always split, check Seija's status, and then immediately reform...
> Such is definitely an option.
>_
-
> "Yeah...lemme check something real quick."
> Split back into Seija and Shinmyoumaru.

-
> How do our magic reserves feel compared to what they were before we joined with Shinmyoumaru?
> How do our magic reserves feel, compared to how much of our magic our fusion just had?
> Not more plentiful, but you feel as if you had a similar amount to the fusion.
>_
-
> So we feel like we retained the boost in magic capacity that the fusion was granted when she stabbed herself?
-
> So we feel like we retained the boost in magic capacity that the fusion was granted when she stabbed herself?
> You don't think so...
>_
-
> So our current reserves match that of the fusion's, suggesting her using our magic is the same thing as us using our magic. Does that seem right?
-
> So our current reserves match that of the fusion's, suggesting her using our magic is the same thing as us using our magic. Does that seem right?
> You feel as if you had a similar amount that the fusion left off with, not her maximum, nor your maximum.
> You don't believe your maximum was furthered since before and after finishing fusion.
> However, there may have been a change in your remaining magic before and after finishing fusion. This may not give any help though, as it's possible the magic came back on it's own.
>_
-
> Well, might as well give it a shot.
> Try flipping the house from old and decrepit to new and sturdy.
-
> Well, might as well give it a shot.
> Try flipping the house from old and decrepit to new and sturdy.
> You try to flip the house...
> It's appearance seems to change slightly, possibly being brighter?
> Your magic is quite low now, however.
>_
-
> "Hmm...did that do it?"
> Gently touch the closest wall.
-
> "Hmm...did that do it?"
> Gently touch the closest wall.
> You poke the wall...
> It feels sturdy...
>_

>_

-
> "I think so. But let's try one more thing."
> Look to Shinmyoumaru and hold out a hand.
> "I think we're good to get back together, Princess."
> Shinmyoumaru smiles with a bit of excitement.
> "Okay."
>_
-
> Did she take our hand?

> Did she take our hand?
>> If so, go through the same perfect fusion process as before.
>> If not, say "...You should take my hand, then." THEN go through the same perfect fusion process as before once she does.
> No.
> Shinmyoumaru accepts your hand, and you carefully redo the process, giving yourself to the fusion once more.
>_
-
> All right! Back in action.
> "Okay, one last test."
> Float up to the roof, and gingerly land on it.
-
> All right! Back in action.
> "Okay, one last test."
> Float up to the roof, and gingerly land on it.
> You stretch happily, then fly up to the roof, landing.
> You don't even feel yourself lower. It's much better than it was even before the mallet's effects.
>_
-
> Gingerly sit down.
-
> Gingerly sit down.
> You sit down.
> The house doesn't budge.
>_

> You'd need many more bags than this for the rest... The Substitute Jizo is still on the floor.
> It's a bit more than twice your size. You wouldn't say thrice, to be safe. It still fits your body, you'd believe... Not too big yet, but it's definitely getting there.
> You stand up and try to redo your collar, to no success.
> You walk around a bit...
> Moving feels fine. You'd probably have to watch out getting through doors though.
>_
-
> Grab the Substitute Jizo and pocket it (or put it wherever we normally store it).
> Gently, *carefully*, retrieve the handful of loose coins we deposited earlier. If we feel any pain or discomfort, stop IMMEDIATELY and pull our hand back out.
>> If we successfully retrieve those loose coins, toss them back on the pile.
> Then make a wish on the mallet to clean the few bloodied coins so they're no longer bloody.

//Assumed loose coins as in around the room. There are only a few stored.

> The mallet seems to create more, to match your desire.
> "Need any help?" Raiko questions from outside the room.
>_

> "No, I'm good. Sorry, this shouldn't take much longer."
> Fill up all but one of the bags with the loose money. (If we run out of money before this happens, make a note of that.)

> No. The last bag had better be near the size of one of the other rooms if you hope to hold the rest of the money in it.
>_

> Phew.
> Well, okay. Set the lone empty bag aside.
> Then kneel back down on the ground and drag-deposit all of the full bags.

> "I'm still waiting on that!" You hear Sanae.
> Fine.

I was willing to roll with it, but if it's going to actively interfere with current progress, I'd at least like to know why my command was assumed to mean perfect fusion.
//It's acknowledged that it was not intended to be a perfect fusion. Your command was known to just be partial fusion and having Reimu in you that way, but the fusion isn't just Seija but a fusion of Seija and Shinmyoumaru, and the command was not enough for the fusion to know that perfect fusion would've been a bad idea (Given Shinmyoumaru is quite close and appreciative to Reimu, and has only had experiences with Perfect Fusion for one incomplete day. And that the Reimu Double is even more of an ally as far as Shinmyoumaru is concerned.)
